For ready-to-ship products, we strive to have your order shipped the same or next business day via USPS within the United States and Canada. For custom orders, we strive to have your order shipped the same or next business day from completion of order.
Shipping Liability: The merchandise becomes your property at the time it is accepted by the carrier.
Currently we are using USPS for all orders. Packages are personally brought inside the post office, scanned in at the front desk and a receipt is obtained. We are taking all precautions necessary to ensure your package makes it to your destination in a timely manner.
Apple Blossom Roots Quilt Co cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed orders after shipment leaves our location. Any claims for damage or shortage must be filed in writing with the carrier. Claims must be filed within the carrier’s specified time frame or receipt of shipment.
Shipping Outside of the United States and Canada
If you would like to have our products shipped outside of the United States or Canada, please contact us directly at quiltandmorebyandrea@gmail.com. Buyer will be 100% responsible for any duties, taxes, and import fees that may apply upon entry to your country. These fees are not covered by our shipping charges, and will be the responsibility of the buyer.
